Accommodation - Carnaby Oakdale Static Caravan - Sleeps maximum of 4 people.

Bedroom 1 - Spacious Bedroom with King Size Bed.  Built in Wardrobes with Drawers and Shelves giving plenty of storage. Wall Mirror.  Two Over-bed Cupboards.  Two Bedside Cupboards with Table Lamps.  Iron, Ironing Board, Clothes Airer and Vacuum Cleaner can be found in the Corner Wardrobe which also has a further storage shelf above.  Plus through another door in the bedroom is the En-suite Bathroom comprising of Toilet and Wash Basin.

There is a Separate Bathroom in the Hallway with Shower, Toilet and Wash Basin with Mirror Cabinet above.

Bedroom 2 - Two Single Beds. Built in extended Wardrobe and Dressing Table with Mirror plus Stool, Drawers and Shelves. Hairdryer. Plus Over-bed Cupboards for extra storage.

Kitchen - Gas Cooker with Four Ring Gas Hob, 70/30 Fridge Freezer, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, Stainless Steel Saucepans, Frying Pans, Cutlery, Plates, Bowls, Cups and Glasses plus various Baking Trays and Dishes etc.

Lounge - 32" LG Full HD Freeview Smart Television so you can use your own Amazon Prime and Netflix Accounts.  Very Comfortable Corner Sofa & Chair with additional Cushions,  Coffee Table.  Wall Mounted Feature Electric Fire with Display Unit Surround.

Free Wifi Connection and USB Charging Sockets.

DVD Player and selection of DVD's, Books and a few Children's Games.

Dining Area - Dining Table with four Dining Chairs.

Outside - Full Gated Decking to front and side of property, with Two Chairs, Round Glass Table and Six Seater Picnic Table.  Three Steps take you on to the Decking Area from the Parking Space.

One Car Parking Space and your own small grassed area to side of Caravan (not enclosed).  No vehicles are permitted to park on the grass. 

1 Medium Dog or 2 Small Dogs allowed on request.  (Never feel you cannot request to book if you have more than the stated number of dogs, please ask, we will consider your request & if we can help we will).

All Bed Linen and Towels are supplied.

Full Gas Central Heating controlled by Wireless Thermostat.  

Complimentary Welcome Park supplied on arrival.

Gas, Electricity and Water is included in the Nightly Rate.

There is an additional charge for Cleaning.
